Nice themed cafè and Dutch shop at the rear with just about everything you could want.
Slipper clogs with all kinds of designs are great.
Food was nice and filling. Hot chocolate was rather tasteless though. We look forward to trying more food on the menu.
Awesome fun place. We loved playing the Dutch board games while eating lunch. Friendly staff. Excellent dutch food to order and try.
Pretty nice little novelty dutch shop. Had a full on cafe inside, serving all sorts of Dutch fast foods and desserts. It was a shame that I had ordered apple tart and paid for it only to be told 5 minutes later at my table that they sold out.. annoying because it was there in the window when I ordered it. I got the strudel as a replacement but I wasn’t a fan. Other than that, nice place.
Great food. Friendly service. Love the deco 🇳🇱 🚲 🧺 Cosy inside with heaters and blankets. They also have board games for the kids. I had the potato & leek soup, and nasi goreng - which had its own Dutch spin on it.. but it was soo yummy! The kids had the croquettes (kroketten) with chips. Which both were great - The chips are very tasty.
Recommended a visit if you are in this side of town 🍽
We had the Brabant feast with chips and the apple strudel and apple pie.
The chips were beautifully crunchy and a highlight of our meal.
After lunch we bought a tray of farm eggs from the shop. The eggs from here are delicious with rich yellow yolks! 😋
The decor reminded me of our time in Amsterdam.
This is a hidden gem. I always wanted to come to visit, but always didn't have the chance, today I finally came here with a friend.
As we walked in, we were both amazed at how pretty and lovely this place is! As it was raining, I didnt take pictures of outside, but the outdoor sitting area looked nice and lovely too. And all the decors, the designs and set ups inside the Dutch Pantry brought me to another world. There is a cafe where you can order food and drinks. And there is a shop next to the cafe selling lots of Dutch products, including food items: lots of snacks, lollies and can food, and some fridge food items. Also they sell chocomel drinks, cooking pans for poffertjes, and souvenirs like coasters, tins and special shoes and so much more.
We shared a plate of mini Dutch pancakes, I think they are called poffertjes. 15 pancakes in 1 plate for $9. It tastes yummy, not too sweet. I had a mug of Dutch hot chocolate. It is nice and not overly sweet too.
The service is very fast and friendly. The place is welcoming and lovely, they even have potted jasmine trees which gives a sweet aroma to the whole atmosphere. The only problem that we had today was we couldn't find a car park in front of the Dutch Pantry as there were only 4 or 5 parking spots in front of the shop. So we parked a bit far.
But overall we had a great experience. Very nice for a catch up with your friends. Recommend this place. 😊
We've loved the transformation from a little pantry supply store, to a sweet little cafe, now a beautiful, transport yourself to another world, restaurant.
Owners and staff are always helpful, courteous, professional, kind. You feel like you're coming home to family. Rather than just going to a shop.
Whether you are savoury or sweet toothed. There's always something here to satisfy. They're always coming up with new flavour sensations.
Best coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milkshakes, on this side of town. Very good selection of cold and warm beverages.
Clean bathrooms.
Lot's of memorabilia to view and gifts to purchase.
If you're looking for Christmas in July gifts, this is the place to go.
Now with new signage. You can't miss the Dutch Pantry. Or the adjoining Egg Shop.
See separate review.
Pleasant helpful staff. Good coffee and a range of very tasty cake. The attached pantry has a huge variety of biscuits.
